Hello all, my name is Rob Morrow and I’m a basketball coach. I teach and coach at Tahoma High School in Maple Valley, Washington. It’s a great school to teach and coach at, despite the fact that we went 1-19 last year. I am 30 years old, am married (Amee) and have a 3 1/2 year old little girl (Emmaline). I’ve coached a variety of places which are listed below. I’m not sure what this blog will end up being…a sounding board…informational…maybe just a curiosity for fellow coaches.
Team wise, we should be much improved next season. We return over 90% of scoring, rebounding, etc…and return Christian Behrens, who is a stud. The kids are working hard this spring in the weight room and in the gym, and we’re ready to go out and compete this summer. We’ll be heading to Gonzaga for team camp, will be a the U of Washington for there shootout, and a few other tournaments and the Auburn Summer League (nice work done there by Ryan Hansen).
